HOW TO BOOK
Booking Reservation, payment and deposits
In order to confirm your booking, you must get in contact with us, via the contact form on this website or directly via email to email@example.com, requesting pre-booking of the apartment in your visit dates. After checking the availability of the apartment, and agreed the total amount, we will send you bank details for you to make the transfer of 100 euros for the reservation and security deposit which is returned at the end of stay after verifying the absence of damage. After your income shown on our account, we will send final confirmation of booking via e-mail. Upon arrival you will pay the remaining amount agreed in euros and in cash at the time of handover.
You will be welcomed by the representative directly at the accommodation address. Check-in time: after 2pm Check-out time: before 11am
We will attempt to accommodate all necessary arrival times. In order to do so, we ask that you contact your manager accommodation as soon as possible with your flight or train information. We ask that you call them from the airport, after collecting your luggage and before making your way to the apartment. This way we know whether you have arrived on time or not, as often times planes, trains, and automobiles are delayed or rescheduled. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before.
Please note that for arrivals later than 10:00 pm there is an extra-charge of 30€.
The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.
The client signing the check in form will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the people accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, the owner representant shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation. Please observe that Terms and Conditions with regard to disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying in the apartment should know that if parties or loud music are heard, or neighbours complain and/or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.
QUIET TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 22.00 PM to 10.00 AM
We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary as these apartments are all situated in residential buildings and the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected. In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, the owner representant at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation
